브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 65세 인구대비 국민연금수급자가 가장 많은 지역은 ‘경상북도 구미시’, 가장 적은 지역은 ‘충청남도 계룡시’로 나타났다.
또한, 1인당 월평균 지급액이 가장 많은 지역은 ‘울산광역시 동구’인 반면, 가장 적은 지역은 ‘전라남도 진도’로 조사됐다.
조국혁신당 김선민 의원실에서 시군구별 국민연금 수급자(노령+장애+유족연금) 현황을 살펴본 결과에 따르면 2024년 5월 기준 65세 인구 대비 수급자수가 가장 많은 지역은 ‘경상북도 구미시’로 수급률이 91.5% 에 달했다. 2위는 울산광역시 북구(91.0%), 3위는 울산광역시 동구 (83.5%)였다.
반면, 65세 인구 대비 수급자수가 가장 적은 지역은 ‘충청남도 계룡시 ’로 수급률이 55.6% 에 불과했다. 2위는 강원특별자치도 춘천시 (56.1%), 3위는 서울특별시 중구(57.0%)였다.
1인당 월평균 지급액이 가장 많은 지역은 울산광역시 동구로 약 91만9180원이 지급되고 있었다. 2위도 울산광역시의 북구로 약 87만 6821원이 지급됐다.
1인당 월평균 지급액이 가장 적은 지역은 전라남도 진도군이었으며, 약 43만4148원 지급돼 울산광역시 동구에 비해 절반도 안 됐다. 2위는 전라남도의 완도군으로 약 43만4222원이 지급되고 있었다.
