[브레이크뉴스경기남부=시흥 이현준기자] 시흥시는 ‘2024 경기 스타트업 서밋’에 참여해 인공지능을 활용한 시흥 복지온(溫, ON) 서비스를 알렸다.
경기도경제과학진흥원(경과원)과 스페인 사우스서밋(South Summit)이 공동 주관하는 이번 행사에서는 ‘스타트업 천국 경기도’를 슬로건으로 해외 스타트업 50여개를 포함, 국내외 스타트업들이 참여해 인공지능(AI)·딥테크(Deep Tech) 쇼케이스, 세미나 및 강연 등이 진행됐다.
시흥시는 이번 행사에서 홍보 부스를 통해 소형언어모델(sLLM)기반 시군구 맞춤형 정보제공 서비스 「시흥 복지온(溫, ON)」서비스를 소개했다. 시민과 공무원으로 구성된 AI체험평가단이 함께 참여해 해당 서비스의 실제 활용 사례를 직접 체험하며 소통하는 시간을 가졌다.
인공지능 소형언어모델(sLLM) 기반 맞춤형 정보제공 서비스「시흥 복지온(溫, ON)」에는 따뜻한(溫) 복지도시를 만들어 가고자 하는 시흥시 공공행정의 의지가 반영됐다.
시흥시가 제공하는 인공지능 사회복지서비스가 세상에 널리 퍼져 소외되는 시민 없이 골고루 혜택을 지속적으로 누릴 수 있는 AI도시를 만들어 가는 시작점(ON)이 되겠다는 의미를 담았다.
‘시흥 복지온(溫)’은 시흥시의 방대한 복지 행정 데이터를 기반으로 개발된 경량화 언어모델을 활용해 시민들에게 맞춤형 복지 정보를 제공하는 서비스다. 시민들은 시 대표 누리집을 통해 궁금한 점을 질문하거나, 필요한 복지 서비스를 쉽게 찾을 수 있다.
복지분야 행정 데이터를 학습한 인공지능 소형언어모델(sLLM)기반으로 생성형 정보제공 엔진을 개발하고, 시 대표 홈페이지에서 학습데이터를 생성 및 연계해 양방향 소통이 가능한 맞춤형 인공지능 서비스를 제공한다.
시는 지난 6월 경기도 AI실증지원사업 공공분야에 선정된 이후 오는 12월까지 사업을 추진한다. 내년 1월부터는 본격적인 서비스가 시작될 예정이다.
이번 행사에 참여한 시민 및 AI체험평가단은 「시흥 복지온(溫, ON)」서비스의 혁신성과 우수성을 높이 평가했다. 더불어 인공지능(AI) 기술이 지역사회에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 직접 체감했다고 소감을 밝혔다.
김도영 시흥시 정보통신과장은 “이번 경기 스타트업 서밋 박람회를 통해 공공분야 인공지능(AI)에 대한 시민들의 뜨거운 관심과 기대를 확인하는 계기가 됐다”라며 “시는 앞으로도 AI기술을 기반으로 시민들에게 편리한 행정서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 다각적인 노력을 펼쳐나갈 것”이라고 전했다.
