【브레이크뉴스 울진】이우근 기자=울진군(군수 손병복)은 (재)경상북도경제진흥원과 위수탁 협약을 통해 출산하는 소상공인의 경영 유지와 육아 환경 안정화를 위해‘2024년 소상공인 아이보듬 지원사업’을 시행한다고 27일 밝혔다.

소상공인 아이보듬 지원사업은 소상공인이 출산으로 인해 경영 대체인력을 고용하면 월 최대 200만원, 연속된 6개월 간 최대 1,200만원의 대체인력 인건비를 지원하는 사업이다.
신청 대상은 2024년도 내 출산한(또는 출산 예정인) 소상공인과 배우자이고, 거주지와 사업장 주소가 모두 경북 소재, 출산일 기준 1년 이상 영업, 직전 연도 매출액이 연 1,200만 원 이상 요건을 모두 충족해야 한다.
신청 기간은2024년 9월 2일부터 2025년 5월 31일까지이고 모바일 앱‘모이소’를 통해 신청가능하며, 예산 소진 시 조기 종료된다.
선정된 소상공인은 진흥원으로부터 지원대상자로 선정되었음을 통보받은 다음 날부터2025년 12월 31일까지 연속된 6개월을 정하여 대체인력을 고용하여야 하고, 고용 시 최저임금법 및 근로기준법 규정을 준수해야 하며, 1개 사업체 당 1명의 대체인력만 지원한다.
단, 본인 또는 배우자가 출산과 관련하여 경영 지원 인건비를 이미 지원받고 있는 경우, 배우자가 유급 육아휴직 근로소득자인 경우, 부부 각각의 사업장이 있을 경우 중복 지원이 불가하고, 최근 1년 이내 임금체불사업장·중대재해 발생업체·고용지원금 부정수급 발생 사업장·소상공인 융자 제외 업종은 대상에서 제외된다.
