김포시, 2024년 3분기 '소통공감' 개최

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=김포 이현준기자] 김포시는 2024년 3분기 소통공감 행사를 개최했다.

지난 9월 30일 김포시청 대회의실에서 150여명의 공직자가 참석했다.

소통공감 행사는 분기별로 시정 발전에 기여한 직원들의 성과를 격려하고, 직원들과 소통을 통한 수평적인 조직문화를 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.

이 자리에 참석한 김규식 부시장은 자원봉사 활성화 유공 시민 4명, 독서문화진흥 유공 및 3분기 자랑스러운 공무원 등 공직자 9명에 대한 시상을 통해 봉사와 희생정신으로 김포시정 발전에 기여한 시민들과 적극적이고 탁월한 업무수행으로 큰 성과를 거둔 직원들의 성과와 노력을 격려했다.
