브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 넥슨컴퍼니가 오는 21일까지 2024년 채용형 인턴십 ‘넥토리얼’ 지원자를 모집한다.
넥슨컴퍼니를 대표하는 대규모 신입 채용 트랙인 ‘넥토리얼’은 직무역량 교육, 네트워킹, 멘토링, 실무 경험을 결합한 넥슨의 맞춤형 성장 인턴십 프로그램으로, 지원자들이 넥슨의 기업문화와 직무별 역할을 충분히 체험하고 실무 경험을 쌓을 수 있도록 총 6개월간 진행된다.
근무하는 동안 정규직 직원과 동일한 수준의 급여 및 복지를 제공하며, 능력과 자질이 검증된 인재는 별도 인원 제한 없이 모두 정직원으로 전환한다. 지난 3년간 실시된 넥토리얼 인턴십은 평균 90% 이상의 높은 정직원 전환율을 기록했다.
올해 인턴십에는 넥슨코리아, 넥슨게임즈, 네오플, 넥슨유니버스 등 4개 법인이 참여한다. 모집 부문은 △게임프로그래밍 △게임기획 △게임아트 △게임사업 △해외사업 △엔지니어 △정보보안 △프로덕션 △웹기획 △경영지원 등 10개 부문으로, 세 자릿수 규모로 진행한다.
지원 자격은 게임과 게임산업에 관심이 있는 기졸업자 또는 2025년 2월 졸업예정자로, 인턴십 기간에 풀타임 근무가 가능한 사람이라면 누구나 지원할 수 있다
