평택시의회, 제252회 임시회 1차 본회의 개회

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=평택 이현준기자] 평택시의회는 제252회 임시회를 개회한다.

11일 시의회 2층 본회의장에서 정장선 평택시장 등 관계 공무원이 출석한 가운데 임시회를 열고, 10월 18일까지 8일간의 의사일정에 돌입했다.

이번 임시회에서는 11일 제1차 본회의를 시작으로 각 상임위원회에서 14일 조례안 등 안건을 심사하고 15일부터 17일까지 2024년도 하반기 주요 업무 보고 청취와 ▲중부권 버스공영차고지 등 3곳(산업건설위원회)에 대해 현장 활동을 실시한다. 이어 10월 18일 제2차 본회의에서 부의안건에 대한 의결로 회기를 마무리할 예정이다.

강정구 의장은 개회사를 통해 “이번 임시회에서는 조례안 등의 심사와 하반기 업무보고 청취가 계획되어 있다. 우리 시의 주요 업무들이 연초에 계획한 성과를 거둘 수 있도록 합리적 방안을 제시해 주시기 바란다.”며,“시민과 소통하고 시민 삶에 힘이 되는 정책 발굴에 매진하는 평택시의회가 될 것을 약속드린다 ”고 전했다.
