[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원시가 ‘2024년 수원시 보건의료인 상’ 수상자를 선정했다.
수원시 보건의료인 상은 시민의 건강증진과 지역사회 보건의료 발전에 기여한 공적이 큰 보건의료인에게 수여하는 상이다.
올해 수상자로 이선미 아주대학교병원 진료협력센터 운영팀장, 변영훈 동수원병원 이사장, 이현수 이현수한의원 원장이 선정됐다.
이선미 팀장은 ‘진료의뢰·회송사업’을 성공적으로 운영한 공로를 인정받았다. 지역 의료기관과 연계해 환자의 질환과 중증도에 맞는 의료서비스를 이용하도록 돕고, 2000여 개의 협력 병의원을 체계적으로 관리하는 등 진료협력 네트워크 구축을 위해 노력했다.
변영훈 이사장은 의료 일선에서 신종플루, 메르스, 코로나19 등 유행성 감염병 발생에 적극적으로 대응해 지역사회 감염병 확산 차단에 이바지했다. 2007년부터 매년 경기도 사랑의열매 사회복지공동모금회에 성금을 기탁하는 등 나눔 활동도 이어가고 있다.
이현수 원장은 팔달구보건소 가정방문 진료, 한의약 난임 지원 등 수원시민의 건강 증진을 위한 사업에 적극적으로 참여했다. 또 수원시한의사회 나눔봉사단 부단장으로 활동하며 저소득층 청소년, 독거 어르신 등 지역사회 취약계층 이웃의 건강과 복지 향상을 위해 다양한 후원사업을 추진하고 있다.
올해 수원시 보건의료인 상 시상식은 ‘12월의 만남’ 중 열린다.
