[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 전국 종합예술경연인 2024 대한민국 예술축전이 오는 21일부터 22일까지 김해문화의전당에서 개최된다고 17일 밝혔다.
이틀간 국악, 사진, 영화 분야 본선 경연이 펼쳐지며 지난 7월부터 8월까지 지역별 예선 경연에서 우승한 16개 광역시·도 대표팀이 참여한다.
대한민국 예술축전은 전국체전과 연계해 열리는 국내 유일 전국 종합예술대회로 문화체육관광부가 주최하고 (사)한국예총, (사)한국예총 경남연합회, (사)한국예총 김해지회가 주관한다.
첫날인 21일은 경연 순서 추첨을 거쳐 오후 1시 30분부터 6시까지 김해문화의전당에서 국악(마루홀), 사진(윤슬미술관 제3전시실), 영화(영상미디어센터)의 본선 경연이 각각 펼쳐진다. 이어 22일 오후 1시부터 김해문화의전당 마루홀에서 시상식이 개최된다.
본선 경연과 시상식은 무료(별도 예매 불필요)로 관람할 수 있으며 공정한 심사를 통해 부문별 대상(문화체육관광부 장관상) 1팀 500만원, 최우수상 1팀 300만원, 우수상 1팀 200만원, 장려상 4팀 100만원 상금이 주어진다.
한국예총은 10개 회원협회(건축, 국악, 무용, 문인, 미술, 사진, 연극, 연예, 영화, 음악)와 전국 광역시·도, 시·군 171개 연합회로 구성돼 있으며 예술문화 발전에 기여하고 예술인 권익신장을 목적으로 1962년에 설립된 비영리사단법인이다.
한국예총 조강훈 회장은 “대한민국 예술축전이 매년 종목과 규모를 넓혀가며 국내 예술계를 대표하는 경연으로 자리매김하고 있는 만큼 매년 더 많은 예술인들이 참여할 수 있도록 경연 부문을 확대하고 더욱 발전시켜 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
