‘궁금은행’은 화폐, 금융 트렌드 등에 관한 흥미로운 이야기를 전달하는 숏폼 콘텐츠다. 영상 길이는 1분 이내로 짧은 영상을 선호하는 MZ세대와 바쁜 현대인들이 편하게 시청할 수 있도록 기획됐다.
지난 4월에 공개된 ‘궁금은행 시즌1’은 KB국민은행의 유튜브 채널 중 하나인 ‘별별TV’에서 누적 조회수 732만 회, ‘좋아요’ 10만2000여 개, 댓글 9700여 개를 기록하는 등 구독자에게 많은 호평을 받았다.
시즌2의 첫 번째 영상은 최근 마케팅 트렌드인 생성형 AI를 주제로 한 ‘요즘 브랜드의 AI활용법’이다. 생성형 AI 다양한 활용 방법을 소개하고 실제로 KB국민은행이 생성형 AI를 이용해 제작한 광고를 소개했다.
