[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시의 우수 혁신사례를 공유하고 혁신에 기여한 직원들을 격려해 혁신 문화 정착과 확산을 위한 2024년 혁신 우수사례 경진대회가 지난 22일 열렸다.
이날 혁신 우수사례 경진대회서 지역 특색을 살린 로컬브랜드 개발로 지역 자생력 강화와 지역 활성화에 기여한 ‘진영맥주 1927사업’ 이 금상을 차지했다.
시는 각 부서에서 제출한 24개 사례를 대상으로 1차 서면심사, 2차 시민투표와 3차 현장 발표심사를 거쳐 9개 우수사례를 선정했다.
‘진영맥주 1927사업’은 지역민이 맛, 브랜딩 등 사업 개발 단계부터 제품 유통 단계 까지 사업 전 과정에 참여하는 등 주민과 행정이 함께 소통하고 협업했다는 점이 높은 평가를 받았다.
은상으로는 1회용품 및 플라스틱 제품 소비문화 개선을 통한 탄소중립 실천에 기여한 자원순환과의 ‘탄소중립 용기내 카페운영’ 사업과, 김해시만의 특색 있는 건강체조 개발 및 보급을 통해 건강도시 김해 이미지를 확립한 김해시보건소 건강증진과의 ‘김해랑 건강체조’ 사업이 선정됐다.
동상으로는 생활보장과의 복지 사각지대 문제 신속해결을 위한 ‘119 가야행복충전사업’, 김해시보건소 건강증진과의 김해시의 높은 당뇨병 사망률 문제해결을 위한 김해시 ‘당뇨병센터 구축사업’. 김해시 서부보건소 건강증진과의 김해시 도시 특성에 맞춘 ‘근로자 맞춤 금연프로그램’ 이 선정됐다.
장려는 정책기획과의 올시티캠퍼스를 통한 도시 대전환 추진 ‘글로컬대학사업’, 자원순환과의 김해시 탄소중립 실천을 위한 ‘친환경 소재 현수막 사용 활성화 사업’, 행정과의 기관간 벽을 허물고 대한민국 최초로 개최된 ‘히타이트 특별전 사업’ 이 선정 됐다.
시는 선발된 혁신우수사례 공무원 9명에게 시상하고 직원들의 사기를 진작해 김해시의 혁신업무 문화를 확산시켜 나간다는 계획이다.
홍태용 김해시장은 “이번 경진대회는 김해시의 혁신적인 정책과 사업을 시민들과 공유하고 함께 발전해 나가는 중요한 자리가 됐으며 앞으로도 시민들의 의견을 적극 반영한 다양한 혁신정책을 추진해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
