삼성증권이 카카오뱅크와 협력하여 IRP(Individual Retirement Pension) 계좌개설 서비스를 시작한다고 13일 발표했다. 이번 제휴를 통해 카카오뱅크 앱과 연계된 삼성증권 계좌개설 웹페이지에서 간편하게 계좌를 개설할 수 있다.
IRP 계좌는 노후 대비와 절세 혜택을 동시에 제공하는 개인형 퇴직연금 계좌로, 연간 최대 1,800만원까지 납입 가능하며, 최대 900만원의 세액 공제를 받을 수 있다. 만 55세 이상이 연금을 수령할 경우, 연금소득세는 3.3~5.5%의 낮은 세율로 분리과세된다.
삼성증권은 이번 제휴를 기념하여 다양한 이벤트를 진행한다. 카카오뱅크를 통해 삼성증권 IRP 계좌를 최초로 개설하는 선착순 2,000명에게 모바일 상품권 1만원을 지급하며, 이벤트는 2025년 1월 31일까지 진행된다. 참여 조건은 계좌 개설 후 삼성증권 mPOP 앱에서 온라인 거래 등록 및 IRP 자격 확인을 완료해야 한다.
또한, 신규 및 기존 IRP 고객을 대상으로 순입금액에 따라 경품을 지급하는 이벤트도 2024년 12월 31일까지 진행된다. 100만원 이상 1,000만원 미만 순입금 고객 중 5,000명에게는 커피 쿠폰을, 1,000만원 이상 2,000만원 미만 순입금 고객 전원에게는 상품권 2만원, 2,000만원 이상 순입금 고객 전원에게는 상품권 3만원이 지급된다.
삼성증권 관계자는 "이번 제휴는 고객들이 더욱 쉽고 편리하게 IRP 계좌를 개설하고 다양한 혜택을 누릴 수 있도록 마련되었다"며, "앞으로도 고객을 위한 다양한 서비스를 확대해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.
삼성증권은 퇴직연금 고객의 편의성을 높이기 위해 연금센터를 운영하며, 맞춤형 서비스와 디지털 콘텐츠를 제공하고 있다.
Samsung Securities Partners with Kakao Bank for IRP Account Opening Service
Samsung Securities announced today that it has partnered with Kakao Bank to launch an Individual Retirement Pension (IRP) account opening service. Through this partnership, customers can easily open an account through the Samsung Securities account opening webpage linked to the Kakao Bank app.
The IRP account is an individual retirement pension account that provides both retirement savings and tax benefits, allowing you to contribute up to KRW 18 million per year and receive a tax credit of up to KRW 9 million. For those over the age of 55, pension income is taxed separately at a lower rate of 3.3 to 5.5 percent.
Samsung Securities is organizing various events to celebrate the partnership. The first 2,000 customers who open a Samsung Securities IRP account through Kakao Bank will receive a mobile gift certificate of KRW 10,000, and the event will run until January 31, 2025. To participate, customers must open an account and complete online trading registration and IRP eligibility verification on the Samsung Securities mPOP app.
In addition, new and existing IRP customers will receive prizes based on their net deposit amount until December 31, 2024. The first 5,000 customers with a net deposit of KRW 1 million to KRW 10 million will receive coffee coupons, all customers with a net deposit of KRW 10 million to KRW 20 million will receive a KRW 20,000 gift certificate, and all customers with a net deposit of KRW 20 million or more will receive a KRW 30,000 gift certificate.
