브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 기아는 ‘제3회 PBV 아이디어 공모전’을 개최한다고 18일 밝혔다.
PBV 아이디어 공모전은 차량을 이용하는 소비자들의 다양한 니즈를 파악하고 이를 실제 PBV 개발에 반영하기 위해 2022년부터 개최되고 있다.
이번 공모전은 내년 출시 예정인 기아의 첫번째 PBV인 ‘PV5’를 주제로 △하드웨어(HW) △소프트웨어(SW) △일반 부문 등 총 3개 부문으로 나눠 진행된다.
우선, 하드웨어(HW) 부문은 컨버전(특장) 또는 차량용품 등의 사업을 운영하고 있거나 개발 역량을 보유한 기업들이 참여할 수 있다. 레저카, 패밀리카, 캠핑카 등 PV5 컨버전 모델들의 가치를 향상시킬 수 있는 특화 상품 아이디어를 제출하면 된다.
소프트웨어(SW) 부문은 앱 서비스 사업을 운영하거나 개발 역량을 보유하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 진행되며 차량을 사용할 때 유용하게 활용할 수 있는 앱 아이디어를 제시하면 된다.
누구나 참여 가능한 일반 부문은 일상, 여가 및 업무 생활에서 적용할 수 있는 ‘나를 위한, 나만의 PV5’의 이상적인 모습에 대한 아이디어를 자유롭게 내면 된다.
제3회 PBV 아이디어 공모전은 내년 2월 12일까지 기아 공식 홈페이지를 통해 진행된다.
기아는 접수된 아이디어들에 대해 △상품성 △창의성 △실현가능성 △사업성 등을 기준으로 예선 및 본선 심사를 진행한다.
하드웨어(HW)·소프트웨어(SW) 부문에서 △대상 2팀(각 1000만원) △최우수상 2팀(각 300만원) △우수상 6팀(각 100만원), 일반 부문에서 △대상 1팀(500만원) △최우수상 1팀(300만원) △우수상 3팀(각 100만원) 등 총 15팀을 선정해 시상할 계획이다.
우수 아이디어는 향후 실제 PBV에 적용하는 방안 등도 검토할 예정이다.
기아 관계자는 “PBV 아이디어 공모전은 참신한 생각으로 PBV를 만들어 간다는 점에서 의미가 크다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 사업자들과 함께 고객의 니즈를 PBV에 담아가며 플랫폼으로서의 역할을 강화해 나갈 것이다”고 말했다.
