[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 지난 18일 경남도 주관 ‘2024년 경남도 규제혁신 우수사례 경진대회’에서 우수상을 수상했다.

이번 경진대회는 경남도 및 도내 18개 시·군에서 총 32건의 규제혁신 과제가 접수됐으며 1차 내부심사, 2차 전문가 심사를 거쳐 최종 본선에 오른 우수사례 9건을 대상으로 발표심사를 거쳐 최우수상 1건, 우수상 3건, 장려상 5건을 선정했다.

김해시에서 발표한 사례는 ‘전세사기 피해자 민원의 적극행정 처리를 위한 건축물대장 위반건축물 표시 임시해제’로 우선매수권으로 피해주택을 경매 매입한 전세사기 피해자가 건축물대장상 위반건축물 표기로 인해 한국주택금융공사 대출심사가 불가함에 따라 제기한 민원을 해결한 사례이다.

사례를 발표한 이종호 팀장은 건축물대장에 위반건축물로 등재되어 있는 경우 대출 심사가 불가한 사항을 위반내용 시정 조건으로 위반건축물 표시 임시 해제해 전세사기 피해자의 대출심사 애로를 해결했다.
