브레이크뉴스정명훈 기자= 윤석열 대통령 체포영장 2차 집행에 나선 고위공직자범죄수사처(공수처)는 15일 자진 출석이나 제3의 장소에서 조사해달라는 제안이 나오는데 대해 "체포영장 집행이 목표"라고 기존 입장을 고수했다.
공수처 관계자는 이날 오전 기자들과 만난 자리에서 "현시점에서 대통령의 자진출석은 고려하지 않고 있다"고 밝혔다.
이어 정진석 대통령 비서실장이 제안한 제3의장소 조사 방안에 대해서도 "그럴 거면 체포영장 청구를 하지도 않았을 것"이라고 강조했다.
그는 "1차 집행 때와 다르게 집행을 적극적으로 막는 인원이나, 경호처 직원이 없었다"라며 "현재 부장검사를 포함한 검사들이 관저 안으로 들어가 경호처와 체포영장 집행 관련 조율을 하고 있다"고 전했다.
그러면서 "우리는 체포영장 집행을 하러간 것"이라며 2차 집행에서 윤 대통령을 반드시 체포하겠다는 의지를 드러냈다.
그는 체포 이후 조사 계획과 관련해선 "공수처 영상녹화조사실에서 조사가 이루어질 예정"이라며 "검사를 비롯해 수사관들이 참여하게 될 것이고, 질문지는 200페이지 이상이다. 1차 때보다 보강된 수준"이라고 설명했다.
