윤석열 대통령 측이 21일 헌법재판소 탄핵심판 3차 변론에 앞서 "비상계엄 선포는 자유민주주의 위기가 그 배경이며 이를 바로 잡아야 할 대통령 책무에 의한 것"이라고 강조했다.
