[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 민간과 공공의 사례관리 기관 사례관리 실무자 46명이 참여한 가운데 2025년 제1회 민·관 사례관리 네트워크 회의를 21일 개최했다.
김해시는 19개소 민간기관과 19개 읍면동 사례관리 담당자들이 모여 사례회의를 매달 정기적으로 개최하고 있다.
상정안건은 노인 가구, 1인가구 증가로 인한 고독사, 경제적 문제, 심신의 질환 등 복잡다양한 욕구와 문제가 있는 가구가 대상이 되며 공공기관과 민간기관이 함께 논의하고 각 기관이 보유한 지역자원을 연계해 적극적으로 해결하고 있다.
민간기관 뿐 아니라 일선에서 업무를 담당하는 공공기관에서도 적극적인 사례 상정을 통해 해결 방안을 공유하고 있다.
그 외에도 민·관 사례관리 담당자들의 역량 강화를 위해 연 2회 사례관리 기초 및 심화 교육과 찾아가는 현장 슈퍼바이저 운영도 실시 할 예정이다.
이번 사례 상정 건은 김해시정신건강복지센터에서 제출한 안건으로 대상자의 구직활동 및 사회적 지지체계에 대한 다양한 개입방안을 심도 있게 토론하고 참여기관의 의견을 적극 수렴해 해결책을 함께 마련해 날갈 예정이다.
정운호 생활보장과장은 “앞으로도 민과 관이 협력해 위기가구를 선제적으로 발굴하고 지원해 시민들의 삶의 질 개선 뿐 아니라 복지서비스 질 향상에도 크게 기여할 것으로 기대하며 다양한 활동과 운영에 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Gimhae City held the 1st Public-Private Case Management Network Meeting of 2025 on the 21st, with the participation of 46 case management practitioners from private and public case management agencies.
Gimhae City holds regular case meetings every month with 19 private agencies and 19 township/district case management officers.
