한중도시우호협회는 2월11일 보도자료에서 “권기식 한중도시우호협회장은 11일 오전 서울시 중구 명동 소재 주한중국대사관을 방문해 다이빙(戴兵) 주한중국대사와 한중 관계에 대해 단독 대담했다”고 알렸다.
