[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 국토교통부가 주관한 ‘개발제한구역 국가·지역전략사업’ 공모에 ‘진영테크업 일반산업단지’ 가 선정됨에 따라 부동산 투기를 사전 차단하기 위해 지난 25일자로 대상지를 토지거래계약에 관한 허가구역으로 지정 공고했다.

이에 따라 진영테크업 산단이 들어설 진영읍 사산리 2-1번지 일원 70만2,019㎡, 746필지는 3월 2일부터 2028년 3월 1일까지 3년간 토지거래계약 허가구역으로 지정된다.

토지거래계약 허가구역은 개발사업의 원활한 추진을 위해 토지의 투기적인 거래와 급격한 지가 상승을 방지하고 실수요자 중심의 토지 거래를 유도하기 위해 지정·운영하는 제도이다.

허가구역 내 주거지역 60㎡, 상·공업지역 150㎡, 녹지지역 200㎡ 등을 초과하는 면적의 토지 거래는 토지거래계약 허가 후에 계약을 체결해야 하며 정해진 기간 동안은 허가받은 목적대로만 토지를 이용해야 한다.
