“가야문화축제 성공 위해 봉사합니다”

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 28일 2025 가야문화축제 자원봉사자 발대식을 개최했다.

발대식에는 150명 자원봉사자를 비롯해 김해시장, 가야문화축제 제전위원장, 관계자 등이 참석해 성공 축제의 결의를 다졌다.

김해시자원봉사단체협의회 민영자 부회장과 해병대김해시전우회 김보식 회장을 대표로 모든 봉사자가 하나된 마음으로 축제 성공을 다짐하는 선서문을 낭독한 데 이어 근무 요령과 실종아동 발생 시 대처법 등 필수 안전 교육이 진행됐다.

봉사자들은 축제 기간 동안 행사 안내, 교통과 질서 유지, 통역 지원 등 다양한 분야에서 단체복을 착용하고 원활한 축제 운영을 지원한다.

홍태용 시장은 “가야문화축제는 1962년 첫 개최 이후 63년째 지속되어 온 김해의 대표 축제다. 자원봉사자 여러분의 헌신이 없었다면 이러한 전통을 이어올 수 없었을 것”이라며 “올해도 안전하고 즐거운 축제가 될 수 있도록 최선을 다해 주시길 바란다”고 말했다.

한편 2025 가야문화축제는 오는 4월 10일부터 13일까지(4일간) 수릉원·대성동고분군·가야의 거리 일원에서 열린다. 올해는 ‘이천년 고도 가야, 글로컬 도시 김해’라는 주제 아래 김해문화관광재단과 공동 주관해 전통과 현대가 어우러진 다양한 프로그램을 선보인다.
