[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시 민원담당 공무원들이 3일 김해문화의 전당과 연지공원 일원에서 힐링캠프를 개최했다.

힐링캠프에서 민원담당 공무원들은 다양한 치유 프로그램으로 그동안 쌓였던 감정노동 스트레스를 해소하고 재충전했다.

이날 꽃바구니 만들기 체험과 튤립과 함께하는 연지공원 산책, 소도구를 활용한 통증 완화 필라테스, 스트레스 관리와 마음 챙김 등의 프로그램으로 진행됐다.

참여 직원들은 “민원 응대 업무에서 잠시 벗어나 그동안 소진된 감정을 재충전하는 유익한 시간이었다”며 “평소 배우고 싶었던 필라테스를 체험할 수 있어서 좋았다”고 말했다.
