[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 농지법 개정으로 김해시가 농민들을 위해 숙박 가능한 농촌체류형 쉼터를  도입한 가운데 농자재와 농기계 보관 용도의 농막 규제도 완화한다.

7일 시에 따르면 농작업 중 일시 휴식 및 창고로 사용 가능한 다락 설치 등을 허용하는 내용으로 농막 규제를 완화하기로 했다. 

기존 농막은 연면적 20㎡까지 설치할 수 있으며 추가적인 편의시설 설치가 어려웠으나 이번 규제 완화로 주차장 1면(13.5㎡), 개인정화조, 데크 설치뿐만 아니라 휴식 및 창고 사용이 가능한 다락 설치까지 허용된다.

이와 함께 시는 화재 예방을 위해 소화기, 단독경보형 감지기 등을 설치하도록 했다.

김무년 허가민원과장은 “앞으로도 적극적인 규제 개혁으로 시민들의 불편을 해소할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

한편 시는 농지법 개정에 따라 농촌체류형 쉼터를 도입해 일정 요건을 갖춘 연면적 33㎡ 이하 가설 건축물 형태의 임시숙소 설치를 허용했다.
