(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 20일, 인천항만공사, 인천도시공사와 함께 시민 참여형 ‘2025 AI로 만드는 인천 미래 공모전’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 이번 공모전은 인공지능(AI) 기술을 활용해 시민이 직접 인천 내항 1·8부두의 미래를 상상하고 시각화함으로써, 도시의 미래에 관한 관심을 높이고 인천의 브랜드 가치를 제고하기 위한 도시마케팅 일환으로 마련됐다.
공모 주제는‘인천 내항 1·8부두를 문화·관광·상업·주거가 어우러진 해양문화복합도시로 재구성하기 위한 창의적 제안’이다.
인천시는 이번 공모전을 통해 접수된 시민들의 상상력과 비전을 향후 정책 자료로도 적극 활용할 계획이다.
공모전은‘당신의 상상, 인천의 바다를 바꾸다’라는 슬로건 아래 진행되며, 첨단 기술에 아이디어를 더해 인천의 새로운 미래를 함께 설계하는 과정에 시민들의 창의적인 상상이 더해질 것으로 기대된다.
접수 기간은 5월 19일부터 7월 20일까지이며, 국내외 누구나 개인 또는 팀(최대 5인)으로 참여할 수 있다.
참가자는 생성형 인공지능(AI) 프로그램을 활용해 제작한 이미지 또는 영상을 제출하면 된다.
이미지의 경우 JPG, PNG 등의 형식으로 해상도는 300dpi 이상, 영상은 MP4, AVI 등의 형식으로 해상도 1080p 이상, 길이는 1분 이내여야 한다.
참가자는 참가 신청서와 서약서, 개인정보 수집·수상작 활용 동의서, 초상권 활용 동의서를 포함해 모든 자료를 하나의 압축 파일(zip)로 묶어 전자우편으로 제출하면 된다.
참고용 생성형 인공지능(AI) 프로그램으로는 미드저니(Midjourney), DALL·E, Runway 등 다양한 프로그램을 활용할 수 있으며, 시민 누구나 쉽게 참여할 수 있도록 예시 자료와 안내문도 인천광역시 누리집에 제공할 예정이다.
작품 접수 마감 후에는 외부 전문가로 구성된 심사위원단이 정량·정성 평가를 실시하며, 이후 대국민 의견 수렴을 통해 표절 및 저작권 여부를 검토한 뒤 최종 수상작을 선정한다.
심사 결과는 8월 4일(예정) 인천광역시 누리집을 통해 발표되며, 상금과 상장은 8월 중 수상자에게 개별 전달된다.
시상 규모는 총 6팀이며, 총상금은 900만 원으로, 인천 해양미래대상(1팀, 300만 원), 해양문화창조상(2팀, 각 150만 원), 개항미래상(3팀, 각 100만 원) 등이다.
수상작은 인천시청 애뜰광장과 부평역사 환승 공간 등 시내 주요 전광판을 통해 상시 송출될 예정이며, 시 공식 사회관계망서비스(SNS)와 유튜브 등 온라인 플랫폼에서도 공유된다.
아울러, 도시 재생 사업을 비롯한 다양한 도시정책 수립 시 시각 자료로도 활용될 계획이다.
