(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 21일, 도성훈 교육감이 저 경력 교사 150여 명과 함께 ‘함께 가요, 우리’를 주제로 한 간담회에 참석해 현장의 목소리를 청취했다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 1부에서는 도 교육감과 교사들이 함께 소통하며 생활지도와 행정업무 등에서 겪는 어려움을 공유하고, 개선 방안을 함께 모색하는 시간을 가졌다.
이어진 2부에서는 경기도 광명서초등학교 김차명 교사가 ‘그래도 네가 선생님을 했으면 좋겠어’라는 주제로 강연을 진행해, 교사로서의 의미를 되새기고 진심 어린 응원의 메시지를 전했다.
도성훈 교육감은 “낯선 환경에서 적응 중인 저 경력 교사들의 어려움에 깊이 공감한다”며 “혼자가 아니라는 위로와 함께, 오늘 들은 의견을 바탕으로 맞춤형 지원을 적극 마련하겠다”고 밝혔다.
또한, 인천시교육청이 21일, 신청사 건립 자문위원회 위촉식을 열고, 청사 건립에 다양한 현장 의견을 반영하기 위한 자문체계를 본격 가동한다고 밝혔다.
이날 위촉식에서는 외부 자문위원에 대한 위촉장 수여와 함께 자문위원회의 운영 취지 및 역할을 공유하는 시간이 마련되었다.
자문위원회는 앞으로 신청사 설계 단계에 참여해 방향 설정, 공간 구성, 시민 의견 수렴 방안 등에 대한 자문을 맡아 교육청과 지역사회가 협력하는 투명하고 신뢰받는 행정 추진에 기여할 예정이다.
이번 자문위원회 출범은 청사 건립의 투명성과 수용성을 높이고, 지역사회와 함께하는 행정의 기반이 될 것으로 기대된다.
