청년, 농촌에 스며들다…예산군 ‘청촌’ 참가자 모집

충남 예산군행복마을지원센터가 오는 6월 3일까지 청년 대상 로컬 체험 프로그램 ‘청촌(靑村)’의 참가자를 공개 모집한다. 

농촌에 익숙지 않은 도시 청년들에게 지역의 삶과 문화를 경험할 기회를 제공하고, 이를 통해 장기적인 인구 유입을 유도한다는 취지다.

‘청촌’은 예산군 지역소멸 대응 기금 사업의 일환으로, 행복마을지원센터 소속 청년활동가들이 직접 기획하고 운영을 맡았다. 프로그램은 예산군 오가면의 ‘오감오촌권역’과 연계되어, 외부 청년과 지역 주민 간의 자연스러운 교류를 도모한다.

참가자는 예산 오촌리 마을에서 '쪽파·마늘·감자 수확, 사과 적과(솎아내기)' 등 계절성 농작업을 체험하게 된다. 이어 오감오촌커뮤니티센터로 이동해 '옹기 제작, 전통 장 만들기' 등 농촌 고유의 생활문화를 직접 배우고 체험한다. 이러한 활동을 통해 청년들은 단순 방문을 넘어 지역 일원으로서의 소통과 공감의 계기를 마련할 수 있을 전망이다.

프로그램은 2박 3일 일정으로 운영되며, 참가자에게는 숙박과 식사, 차량, 체험 프로그램 등 모든 비용이 무료로 제공된다. 또한 예산군의 특산품이 담긴 기념품도 증정될 예정이다.

접수는 행복마을지원센터 공식 누리집 또는 청년활동가팀 이메일(yesanactivist@gmail.com)을 통해 진행되며, 모집 인원은 선착순 또는 내부 심사를 통해 결정된다.

Yesan-gun Happy Village Support Center in Chungnam Province is recruiting participants for the local experience program ‘Cheongchon (靑村)’ for young people until June 3rd.
