(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 지난 23일과 24일 ‘서.논술형 평가 핵심 교원 연수’를 운영하고, 학교 현장 적용을 위한 서.논술형 평가 가이드북 개발에 착수했다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 연수는 창의성과 사고력 등 미래 역량을 기르기 위한 서논술형 평가 활성화 기반을 마련하고자 진행됐다.
2024학년도 기초·기본 연수를 이수한 교원 중 핵심 교원을 선발하여 논술형 평가 가이드북 제작을 위한 연수를 제공했으며, 서·논술형 문항 출제와 공동 채점, 공정성과 신뢰도 확보를 위한 루브릭 개발 및 실습이 이루어졌다.
이수 교원들은 향후 학교 현장에서 서·논술형 평가 확산을 위한 중심 역할을 맡게 된다.
시교육청은 이번 연수와 연계해 교과별 서·논술형 평가 가이드북을 개발 중이며, 하반기 중 관내 학교에 배포할 예정이다.
가이드북에는 개념 기반 탐구 문항, 평가 루브릭, 피드백 사례 등이 포함돼 교사들의 현장 활용도를 높일 것으로 기대된다.
연수에 참석한 한 교사는 “학생 중심 수업과 평가, 그리고 교사의 성장에 대해 고민하는 뜻깊은 시간이었다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 “서·논술형 평가는 비판적 사고와 창의적 표현 능력을 기르는 중요한 교육 도구”라며 “이번 연수와 가이드북이 교실 수업의 질을 높이는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 강조했다.
인천시교육청은 앞으로도 배움 중심 수업을 위한 평가 혁신과 정책 지원을 지속할 방침이다.
