(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 27일부터 전국 최초로 인공지능 대화형 플랫폼인 ChatGPT 앱을 통해 부동산시장 동향을 공개한다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 그동안 인천시는 국토교통부에서 공표하는 부동산 통계를 바탕으로 자체 분석한 인천 중심의 부동산시장 동향을 시 누리집과 보도자료를 통해 공개해 왔다.
이번에는 생성형 인공지능(AI) 활용 시대 흐름에 발맞춰, 전국 최초로 ChatGPT 앱을 통해 시민 누구나 쉽게 실시간 맞춤형 대화 형식으로 부동산 정보를 확인할 수 있도록 했다.
해당 서비스는 ChatGPT 앱에서 ‘GPT 탐색’ 메뉴를 통해 ‘인천 부동산시장 동향’을 검색하면 이용할 수 있으며, 주택 매매 및 전월세 가격 변동률, 주택 및 토지거래량, 지가변동률, 평균주택가격 등 다양한 부동산 통계를 맞춤형 대화 방식으로 쉽게 파악할 수 있게 된다.
또, 앱을 통한 맞춤형 대화를 통해 추가적인 궁금증 해소와 이해도를 높여줄 것으로 기대된다.
또한, 인천시가 27일, 용현·학익 1블록 도시개발사업 구역 내 복합문화커뮤니티를 건립해 원도심의 핵심 앵커시설로 자리매김하기 위한 기본구상 용역을 진행 중이다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 시는 지난 2월 3일, ㈜디씨알이와 복합문화커뮤니티 건립을 위한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결한 바 있으며, 해당 시설은 현재 추진 중인 인천뮤지엄파크 건립 부지 내에 조성될 계획이며 총사업비는 약 1,200억 원이 투입될 예정이다.
복합문화커뮤니티 건립은 용현·학익 1블록 도시개발사업의 공공기여 방식으로 추진된다.
인천시는 지난 4월 기본구상 용역에 착수했으며, 입지 시설의 종류와 규모 등을 다각적으로 검토한 후 9월까지 용역을 마무리할 예정이다.
향후 용역 결과를 바탕으로 올해 하반기에는 사업시행자와 사업 범위, 업무 및 비용 분담, 기부채납 등 세부 사항을 포함한 협약을 체결하고, 이후 실시설계를 거쳐 2026년 하반기 착공, 2028년 하반기 준공을 목표로 행정절차를 이행할 계획이다.
한편, 용현·학익 1블록 도시개발사업은 기존 노후 공장 이전 부지를 효율적으로 활용하고 쾌적한 도시환경을 조성하기 위해 미추홀구 학익동 587-1 일원 (1,546,747㎡)에 추진 중인 대규모 개발사업으로, 2028년 준공을 목표로 진행 중이다.
