(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 27일, 중장기적 인재 양성을 위해 ‘7급 지방공무원 미래인재양성과정’을 신설한다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 과정은 2026년 1월부터 6개월간 운영되며, 인천 교육행정의 중추적 역할을 담당할 7급 공무원의 전문성을 높이고 미래 관리자 후보군을 체계적으로 양성하기 위해 마련됐다.
위탁교육 파견 임용으로 승진 적체 해소에도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 저연차 공무원의 조직 만족도까지 높일 것으로 기대된다.
교육 대상은 지방교육행정주사보로, 연간 40명(상·하반기 각 20명)을 선발해 총 840시간의 집중 교육을 실시한다.
인천교육연수원에서 대면 집합 방식으로 교육이 진행되며, 기획력 향상 및 공직·교육 정책 이해, 직무 역량 강화, 소통 및 갈등관리 능력, 정보화 교육 및 자기 개발 역량 강화, 문화예술 소양 등 공직자에게 필요한 종합적 역량 향상에 중점을 둔다.
특히, 사례 기반의 실무 중심 교육과 자기 주도형 학습 설계로 교육행정 직무 수행 능력은 물론, 개인의 업무 적성 발견과 역량 개발을 동시에 지원할 계획이다.
도성훈 교육감은 “이번 양성 과정은 단순한 연수가 아닌, 인천 교육행정의 미래를 이끌 실무형 인재를 체계적으로 키우기 위한 전략”이라며 “앞으로도 실효성 있는 교육훈련 기회를 확대해 젊은 공무원들이 안정적으로 성장할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔

Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the 27th that it will establish a ‘7th-grade local civil servant future talent training course’ for mid- to long-term talent training.
