인천시, 철도 사고 등 복합 재난 대비 안전한국훈련 실시

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자)  인천시가 28일, 연수구 송도국제도시 일대에서 지진으로 인한 도시철도 사고와 화재가 발생한 상황을 가정한 ‘재난대응 안전한국훈련’을 성공적으로 실시했다고 밝혔다.

인천시에 따르면, 이번 훈련은 인천시를 비롯해 연수구청, 인천교통공사, 송도소방서, 경찰청, 인천테크노파크, 의료기관 등 민·관 유관기관 300여 명이 참여한 대규모 합동훈련으로, 현장훈련과 토론훈련을 병행하는 방식으로 진행됐다.

특히, 재난 발생 초기부터 수습과 복구까지 전 과정을 점검하면서, 재난안전대책본부 실무반과 유관기관 간 실질적인 협업체계를 강화하는 데 중점을 뒀다.

훈련은 유동 인구가 많은 인천대입구역과 인천스타트업파크 일대에서 지진으로 인해 도시철도 사고와 화재가 발생한 상황을 설정해, 인명 구조, 화재 진압, 응급처치 등 실제 대응 중심으로 이뤄졌다.

또한, 인천시청 재난영상회의실에서는 현장 상황을 유튜브로 실시간 공유하며 재난안전대책본부를 운영했고, 이를 통해 현장과 연계된 통합 훈련을 진행해 신속한 의사결정과 효과적인 복구 방안 마련이 한층 더 현실감 있게 이뤄졌다.
