(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구청이 도로 위에 불법 가설건축물을 설치해 사용하고 있어 논란이 일고 있다.
특히 법을 지켜야 할 공공기관이 스스로 위법 행위를 저지르고 있다는 점에서 시민들의 비판이 커지고 있다.
