브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 넥슨은 29일 레이싱 게임 ‘카트라이더: 드리프트’에 ‘랭크 모드’를 추가하는 업데이트를 진행한다고 밝혔다.
자신의 실력을 증명할 수 있는 ‘랭크 모드’는 ‘랭크 포인트’를 기반으로 비슷한 실력의 이용자를 만나 팀 또는 솔로 모드로 경기를 치르는 경쟁 콘텐츠다.
레이스 결과에 따라 ‘랭크 포인트’가 상승 또는 하락하지만 티어가 낮을수록 승리에 따른 포인트는 크게 상승하고, 패배를 했을 때의 포인트는 하락하지 않거나 적게 떨어지도록 조정돼 경쟁 콘텐츠에 익숙하지 않은 이용자도 부담 없이 즐길 수 있도록 기획됐다.
