(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 환경부 산하 수도권매립지관리공사(이하 공사)가 2일, 세계 환경의 날(6월 5일)을 맞아 환경기초시설의 중요성과 공사의 공익적 역할을 친근하게 알리고자 ‘내가 그린 수도권매립지’ 웹툰·만화 공모전을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
공사에 따르면, 이번 공모전은 국민 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 수도권 폐기물의 안정적 처리, 폐기물이 자원이 되는 기술, 기후위기에 맞선 탄소중립 실천, 지역과 상생하는 드림파크 등 네 가지 주제 중 하나를 택해 만화(손그림) 또는 웹툰(디지털 그림) 형식으로 표현하면 된다.
공모 기간은 2025년 6월 5일부터 8월 4일 오후 3시까지이며, 이메일을 통해 접수한다. 1인 또는 팀(최대 3인) 단위로 출품이 가능하며, 6컷 이상 20컷 이내의 작품 1점을 제출하면 된다.
출품작은 예선과 본선 심사를 거쳐 종합 대상 1점(상금 100만 원, 공사 사장상), 최우수상 2점(각 50만 원, 공사 사장상), 우수상 10점(각 20만 원)이 선정될 예정이다.
공사 홍보비서실 김문정 실장은 “자원순환 전문기관으로서의 공사 역할과 가치를 쉽고 재미있게 전달할 수 있는 기회가 될 것”이라며 “많은 국민들의 창의적인 참여를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
