(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시 계양구의회가 지난 2일부터 오는 19일까지 18일간의 일정으로 제260회 제1차 정례회 의사일정에 들어갔다고 밝혔다.
계양구의회에 따르면, 이번 정례회에서는 2025년도 행정사무감사와 2024회계연도 결산 및 예비비 승인의 건, 기타 조례안 등의 안건에 대해 심의한다.
세부 일정으로 6월 9일에는 예산결산특별위원회에서 2024회계연도 결산 및 예비비지출 승인의 건을 심사할 예정이다.
또, 6월 10일부터 18일까지 각 상임위원회별로 집행부 및 시설관리공단, 인재양성장학교육재단 등에서 추진한 주요 정책과 사업에 대한 행정사무감사를 실시하여 주요 정책사업이 계획대로 추진되었는지 면밀히 점검하고 대안을 제시할 계획이다.
신정숙 의장은 개회사를 통해 "이번 제1차 정례회는 행정사무감사와 결산검사를 중심으로 진행되는 만큼 우리 의회 본연의 역할이 그 어느 때보다도 중요한 회기이다"며 “의회는 행정의 감시자로서 이번 회기를 통해 단순히 과거를 되짚는 것에 그치지 않고 지역의 변화와 혁신을 이끄는 미래의 이정표를 만들어 가겠다”고 전했다.
