(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시와 인천관광공사가 오는 6월 23일부터 27일까지 5일간 ‘2025 인천 관광인재 육성 아카데미’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 2020년 인천관광기업지원센터 개소 이후 총 1,401명의 교육생을 배출한 이번 아카데미는 인천 지역 관광산업 종사자들의 실무역량을 강화하고, 관광 분야의 우수 인재를 양성하기 위해 마련됐다.
참가 대상은 인천 지역 관광기업 종사자를 비롯해 지역 대학교 재학생 및 졸업생 등 관광에 관심 있는 시민 누구나 신청할 수 있다.
교육과정은 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에 기반해 공통 필수과목과 네 가지 직무 선택과목으로 나뉜다.
공통과목에서는 ‘2025 인천관광 트렌드 인사이트’를 통해 변화하는 관광환경과 최신 트렌드를 심층적으로 분석하는 시간을 갖는다.
선택과목은 커뮤니케이션, 마케팅, 프로젝트 관리, 실무 문제해결 등 관광종사자에게 필수적인 직무역량 향상을 위한 다양한 주제로 진행된다.
참가자는 공통과목과 최소 1개 이상의 선택과목을 이수해야 하며, 교육을 수료한 이들에게는 인천관광공사 사장 명의의 인증서가 발급된다.
모집은 6월 9일부터 선착순으로 진행되며, 참가를 희망하는 수강생은 관광 e-배움터를 통해 온라인으로 신청할 수 있다.

Incheon City and Incheon Tourism Organization announced that they will hold the '2025 Incheon Tourism Talent Development Academy' for 5 days from June 23 to 27.
