‘2025년 상반기 계양구 채용의 날’ 개최

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가 오는 18일 오후 2시부터 4시까지 구청 6층 대회의실에서 ‘2025년 상반기 계양구 채용의 날’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.

계양구에 따르면, 이번 채용행사는 지역 내 인력난을 겪고 있는 구인 기업과 구직자 간 만남의 장을 제공해 지역 고용 활성화와 경제 회복에 기여하고자 기획됐다. 

특히, 올해는 구직자에게 더 많은 기회를 제공하기 위해 상·하반기로 나누어 두 차례 운영될 예정이다.

상반기 채용의 날에는 총 17개 기업이 참여하며, 이 중 7개 기업은 현장에서 직접 1:1 면접을 진행하고, 10개 기업은 이력서를 접수한 후 추후 채용 절차를 이어갈 예정이다. 

계양구는 200여 명의 구직자가 이번 행사에 참여할 것으로 예상하고 있다.

계양구 관계자는 “급변하는 취업 시장 상황에 빠르게 대응하기 위해 올해는 채용행사를 상·하반기로 나누어 실시하게 됐다.”며, “이번 채용의 날을 통해 많은 구직자들이 원하는 일자리를 얻고, 지역경제가 활력을 되찾는 계기가 되길 바란다.”고 말했다.

Gyeyang-gu announced that it will hold 'Gyeyang-gu Recruitment Day in the First Half of 2025' in the conference room on the 6th floor of the district office from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on the 18th.

According to Gyeyang-gu, this recruitment event was planned to provide a meeting place for recruiting companies and job seekers who are experiencing a labor shortage in the region, contributing to local employment activation and economic recovery.

In particular, this year, it will be held twice, divided into the first and second half of the year, to provide more opportunities for job seekers.

A total of 17 companies will participate in the first half of the year recruitment day, and 7 of them will conduct 1:1 interviews on-site, while 10 companies will receive resumes and then proceed with the recruitment process.

Gyeyang-gu expects about 200 job seekers to participate in this event.
