세종시의회 여미전 의원(더불어민주당)이 장애인단체 지원 예산 축소와 행사 추진 과정의 편의 미비 등을 강도 높게 지적하며, 시의 근본적인 인식 전환을 촉구했다.
여 의원은 10일 열린 보건복지국 소관 2025년도 행정사무감사에서 “장애인단체에 대한 예산이 2023년부터 매년 줄어들고 있으며, 장애인의날 행사조차 예산 감액으로 운영에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다”고 지적했다.
특히 “예산 감액이 반복되면서 행사 추진 과정에서 불편이 빈번히 발생했고, 이에 대한 민원도 이어지고 있다”고 말했다.
