(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 오는 6월 16일 송도 갯벌타워에서 ‘2025 인공지능(AI) 기술 트렌드 세미나’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 최근 인공지능(AI) 기술은 산업 전반은 물론 일상생활에까지 빠르게 스며들고 있으며, 단순한 도구를 넘어 도시 생태계와 산업 경쟁력을 재편하는 핵심 기술로 자리 잡고 있다.
이에 인천시는 인공지능(AI) 기술의 최신 동향을 공유하고, 지역 산업 현장에 인공지능을 효과적으로 접목할 수 있는 정책과 전략을 함께 모색하기 위해 이번 세미나를 마련했다.
‘인공지능(AI)이 바꾸는 일상, 혁신하는 산업 – 함께 여는 미래의 길’이라는 주제로 열리는 이번 세미나에서는 인공지능(AI) 분야의 전문가들이 직접 참여해 산업 현장의 변화와 미래 사회의 흐름을 다루는 3개의 강연이 진행된다.
또, 인공지능 기술로 구현된 4대 성인이 등장해 인간의 삶과 행복에 대해 토론하는 특별 세션도 준비돼 있어 참가자들에게 색다른 경험을 제공한다.
첫 번째 강연은 포스코 DX 김필호 고문이 나서 ‘POSCO의 인공지능(AI) 자율 제조를 위한 준비’를 주제로 진행한다.
김 고문은 포스코가 진행해 온 제조 현장의 디지털 전환 여정과 스마트팩토리 전략, 피지컬 인공지능 기술을 활용한 자율 제조 사례 등을 중심으로 강연할 예정이다.
두 번째 강연은 마이크로소프트 이건복 상무가 ‘인공지능(AI) 에이전트와 함께 일하는 시대’를 주제로 발표한다.
초거대 언어모델의 발전 흐름을 바탕으로 인공지능(AI) 에이전트의 진화와 다양한 기업 현장에서의 적용 사례를 소개하고, 다양한 산업 분야에서의 적용 가능성 및 생산성 향상 효과에 대해서 설명할 예정이다.
세 번째 강연은 솔트룩스 이경일 대표가 ‘AI가 바꾸는 일상, 혁신하는 산업’을 주제로 진행한다.
이 대표는 생성형 인공지능의 등장 이후 변화된 산업 패러다임과 사회 구조의 전환 등 미래 사회의 방향성과 가능성에 대해 폭넓게 살펴볼 예정이다.
이와 연계해 진행되는 특별 세션은 인공지능 기술이 인간의 삶과 행복이라는 본질적 가치와 어떻게 조화를 이룰 수 있는지를 성찰하는 시간으로, 참가자들에게 이색적이면서도 의미 있는 경험을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
이남주 시 미래산업국장은 “인공지능은 이제 선택이 아닌, 일상과 산업의 필수 도구가 되었다”며 “이번 세미나가 시민과 기업이 함께 인공지능(AI) 대전환 시대를 이해하고, 미래를 준비하는 소중한 계기가 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.
