충남 예산군이 농촌지역 곳곳에 흩어진 방치 빈집을 새로운 활용 자산으로 바꾸기 위한 제도적 발걸음을 내딛었다.
‘농촌빈집 거래 활성화 사업’, 이른바 ‘농촌빈집은행’ 운영을 통해 빈집을 활용한 주거·창업·여가공간 창출이 본격화되고 있다.
군은 빈집 실태조사를 기반으로 해당 정보를 체계적으로 수집하고, 이를 활용해 실수요자에게 매물 정보를 제공하는 시스템을 구축했다. 단순한 행정 데이터에 그치지 않고, 실제 부동산 시장에서 유통될 수 있도록 민간 플랫폼 연계를 강화한 점이 눈에 띈다.
특히 부동산 중개 플랫폼인 ‘한방’, ‘디스코’, ‘네이버부동산’은 물론, 귀농귀촌종합지원포털 ‘그린대로’ 등과의 연계를 통해 빈집 매물을 등록·홍보할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 실질적인 거래 성사를 위해선 빈집 소유자의 매각 의사 확인이 필수적인 만큼, 이를 위한 절차도 체계화됐다.
