(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 오는 6월 30일, 북구도서관에서 사립학교 교무부장 및 업무 담당자를 대상으로 자율감사 특화 연수를 실시한다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 연수는 사립학교가 자체적으로 감사단을 구성해 자율 감사 제도에 대한 이해를 높이고, 실질적인 감사 운영 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
연수에는 공립학교 자율감사 경험자를 강사로 초빙해 점검표 작성법, 내부감사관 구성 및 운영 등 실무절차를 실제 사례 중심으로 다루는 실습형 방식으로 진행된다.
또한 분야별로 내용을 세분화하고 질의응답 시간을 충분히 확보해 현장 중심의 맞춤형 연수가 이뤄질 예정이다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 “사립학교의 자율감사 실무 능력 향상과 자율감사제도의 안정적인 정착 및 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
