【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=한국사학진흥재단(이사장 이하운)이 오는 7월 1일부터 10월 31일까지 ‘폐교대학 통합 증명발급 서비스’ 수기 공모전을 개최한다.
이번 공모전은 통합 증명발급 서비스 이용자의 실제 경험을 공유하고, 서비스 개선에 반영할 수 있는 성과 사례를 발굴하기 위해 마련됐다. 재단은 매달 우수 수기 5편 이내를 선정해 시상하고, 연말에는 최우수작도 별도로 선정할 계획이다.
응모 대상은 2025년 한 해 동안 해당 서비스를 이용한 본인 또는 법정대리인이다. 공모 주제는 △경력 및 강의경력증명서 발급을 통한 재취업 사례, △멸실된 학적 기록 회복 후 증명서를 활용한 취업 사례, △해외 취업·학업에 활용된 사례 등으로, 서비스 활용을 통해 구체적인 도움이 된 경험이라면 누구나 응모할 수 있다.
‘폐교대학 통합 증명발급 서비스’는 대학이 폐교된 이후에도 학생과 교직원이 학력 및 경력 증명서를 온라인으로 간편하게 발급받을 수 있도록 제공된 공적 서비스다. 특히 멸실 위기에 처했던 학적 기록을 디지털화하고, 고용이나 학업 과정에서의 불이익을 최소화할 수 있도록 지원해오고 있다.
이하운 이사장은 “이번 공모전을 통해 실제 활용사례를 수집하고 이를 바탕으로 서비스 운영의 질적 개선과 사업 효과 가시화에 힘쓰겠다”며, “폐교대학 학생과 교직원의 권리 구제를 위한 디딤돌이 되도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The Korea Foundation for the Advancement of History (Chairman Lee Ha-woon) will hold a contest for essays on the ‘Integrated Certificate Issuance Service for Closed Universities’ from July 1 to October 31.

The ‘Integrated Certificate Issuance Service for Closed Universities’ is a public service provided so that students and faculty can easily obtain academic and career certificates online even after the university has closed. In particular, it has been supporting the digitalization of academic records that were in danger of being lost and minimizing disadvantages in employment or academic courses.
Chairman Lee Ha-woon said, “Through this contest, we will collect actual use cases and, based on this, strive to improve the quality of service operation and visualize business effects,” and “We will do our best to become a stepping stone for protecting the rights of students and faculty of closed universities.”
