올해는 2단계로 ▲의안처리시스템 ▲의정자료 관리시스템 ▲입법조사시스템을 완성할 계획이다. 각 시스템은 안건 처리의 흐름을 실시간으로 확인하고, 자료 공유의 효율성을 높이며, 전문적인 입법 지원 환경을 마련하는 데 중점을 두고 있다.
가장 주목할 변화는 의정 정보의 접근성이 확대된다는 점이다. 누구나 도의회 홈페이지나 모바일 서비스를 통해 정책 자료와 회의 결과 등을 실시간 확인할 수 있어, 도민 참여가 더욱 활발해질 것으로 기대된다.
최병준 경상북도의회 부의장은 “도민이 주인이 되는 열린 의회를 실현하기 위해 디지털 기반을 지속적으로 고도화해 나가겠다”며 “앞으로도 도민의 알 권리를 보장하고, 책임 있는 의정활동으로 신뢰받는 의회를 만들어 가겠다”고 말했다.
