계룡시, 규제혁신·적극행정 우수사례 5건 선정

충남 계룡시(시장 이응우)는 지난 8일 ‘2025년 상반기 규제혁신 및 적극행정 우수사례 시상식’을 열고, 공직사회의 창의성과 실천력을 보여준 우수사례 5건을 선정해 시상했다고 9일 밝혔다.

이번 시상은 시정 전반에 걸친 제도개선과 적극행정을 장려하기 위한 내부 공모 방식으로 추진됐다. 공직자들을 대상으로 접수된 23건의 사례는 1차 부서장 서면심사와 2차 적극행정위원회 발표심사를 통해 종합 평가됐으며, '창의성, 난이도, 효과성, 확산 가능성' 등이 주요 평가 기준으로 작용했다.

최우수 사례로는 오주석 군협력팀장이 제안한 ‘계룡하늘소리길 스토리텔링 기반 관광콘텐츠 확장’ 프로젝트가 선정됐다. 오 팀장은 잊혀졌던 지역 사적지를 새롭게 조명하고, 탐방 경로별 특색 있는 스토리라인을 구성해 계룡시 문화관광 자산의 가치를 제고했다는 평가를 받았다. 특히, 역사적 구전 자료를 체계적으로 수집·구성해 관광 동선과 연결한 점에서 실질적인 지역경제 파급 효과를 인정받았다.
