충남 공주시가 시민 참여형 메타버스 이벤트를 통해 지역 특산물인 알밤을 활용한 독창적인 행정 서비스를 선보였다.
시는 가상공간 ‘공주월드’의 체험 활성화와 온누리공주시민의 참여 확대를 위해 ‘알밤 배송 이벤트’를 오는 9월 10일까지 운영한다고 9일 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 메타버스 플랫폼 내에서 이용자가 직접 알밤을 재배하고, 그 과정에서 적립한 ‘알밤 마일리지’를 지역 쇼핑몰 ‘고맛나루장터 마일리지’로 전환해 실물 상품으로 교환할 수 있는 방식으로 진행된다. 참여자 중 마일리지 2,000점 이상을 전환한 이용자에 한해 인증사진을 제출하면 자동으로 응모되며, 추첨을 통해 총 100명에게 선물이 제공된다.
