기념식 이후에는 북한이탈주민 김영남 작곡가와 함께하는 서울로망스 오케스트라의 기념음악회가 이어진다.
기념음악회에서는 탈북민 김영남 작곡가의 북한이탈주민의 애향심을 담은 자작곡을 비롯해 아리랑, 백만송이 장미 등 총 13곡이 여성합창단과 솔로리스트, 오케스트라의 웅장한 반주에 맞춰 연주되며 감동의 무대를 선사할 예정이다.
