계룡시문화관광재단(이사장 이응우)은 11일 계룡시청 상황실에서 ‘2025계룡軍문화축제’의 전반적인 지원체계와 세부 운영 방안을 공유하는 보고회를 개최했다.
이번 회의는 축제 개막을 약 70여 일 앞둔 시점에서 실무 전반을 점검하고 미비점을 보완해, 완성도 높은 행사 구현을 목표로 마련됐다.
이날 보고회에는 이응우 재단 이사장을 비롯해 부시장, 각 실·과장 및 주무팀장 등 40여 명이 참석했다. 회의는 재단 총괄부장의 준비상황 보고를 시작으로, 각 부서별 지원사업 발표, 질의응답, 토론, 재단 이사장의 마무리 발언 순으로 진행됐다.
보고회에서는 축제 개요를 포함한 프로그램 구성안, 행사장 배치, 운영 체계, 교통 및 주차 계획, 환경정비, 안전관리 대책 등 다각적인 사안이 논의됐다. 각 부서에서는 축제 지원에 대한 강한 의지를 표명하며, 부서 간 협력체계 강화의 필요성도 재차 확인했다.
