충남 부여군(군수 박정현)이 '안전불감증 제로(Zero)'를 기치로 내걸고, 군민의 재난 대응 역량을 정밀하게 진단하는 전 군민 대상 안전 인식 진단 사업에 본격 돌입했다.
이번 사업은 갈수록 복합화·다양화되는 재난 유형에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해, 주민 스스로 자신의 대처 능력을 점검하고 보완할 수 있도록 설계된 체계적인 프로젝트다. 지난 제23회 부여서동연꽃축제 기간 동안 시범 운영된 결과, 방문객들로부터 높은 참여율과 긍정적인 반응을 이끌어내며 가능성을 입증했다.
