(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청교육연수원이 15일, ‘2025년 초·중등 교감 자격연수’ 개강식을 열고 본격 연수에 들어갔다고 밝혔다.
교육연수원에 따르면, 이번 연수는 초등 54명, 중등 68명 등 총 122명이 참여해 8월 7일까지 100시간에 걸쳐 집합 연수, 실시간 쌍방향 연수, 콘텐츠 활용 연수 등 다양한 방식으로 진행한다.
연수는 ‘미래를 여는 교감(校監), 교감(交感)으로 학교를 잇다!’를 주제로, 인천교육정책 이해, 리더십, 교무 운영, 갈등 관리 등 중간관리자로서의 전문 역량을 강화하는 내용으로 구성했다.
특히, 도성훈 교육감의 특강 ‘학교를 삶으로, 일상을 배움으로’를 비롯해 자기이해 기반 소통 역량, 민원 대응, 디지털 전환 시대의 리더십 등 실무 중심의 강의와 실습, 분임 토의가 진행된다.
연수원 관계자는 “교감은 학교 변화의 중심”이라며 “현장의 요구를 반영한 맞춤형 연수를 통해 실질적인 역량을 강화할 수 있도록 지속해서 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
