이만규 의장은 “이번 임시회는 하반기 정책 추진의 발판을 마련하는 중요한 회기인 만큼, 시민의 삶에 실질적인 도움이 되는 안건들을 꼼꼼하게 심사하겠다”고 밝혔다.
