【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=한국사학진흥재단(이사장 이하운)은 지난 16일, 대구 동구청년센터 the꿈과 함께 지역 청년들을 대상으로 본사에서 ‘기업탐방 프로그램’을 운영했다.
이번 프로그램은 재단의 주요 업무를 소개하고 실무 중심 정보를 제공하기 위해 마련됐다. 참가 청년들은 재단의 주요 사업, 조직 구성, 부서별 업무, 채용 절차 등 기관 전반에 대한 설명을 듣고 공공기관의 역할을 직접 체험했다.
이어서 진행된 ‘현직자 멘토링’에서는 신입 직원이 직접 참여해 입사 준비 과정과 실무 경험, 조직생활 등 생생한 이야기를 공유했다. 특히 취업 과정에서 겪은 고민과 이를 극복한 경험이 진솔하게 전달돼 참가자들의 높은 공감을 얻었다.
또한 재단이 보존·관리 중인 폐교대학 기록물 서고도 직접 탐방했다. 참가자들은 현장을 둘러보며 기록물 관리의 중요성과 재단의 역할을 이해하는 시간을 가졌다.
이하운 이사장은 “이번 프로그램이 공공기관 진로를 고민하는 청년들에게 실질적인 도움이 되었기를 바란다”며 “앞으로도 청년들의 진로 설계를 돕는 다양한 지원 프로그램을 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
