충남 아산시에 사흘 넘게 이어진 기록적인 폭우가 잠시 소강상태에 접어든 가운데, 19일부터 본격적인 침수 피해 복구 작업이 시작됐다.
기상청과 아산시에 따르면, 16일부터 19일 오전 10시까지 내린 강수량은 평균 384.7mm에 달했다. 이는 아산시가 특별재난지역으로 선포됐던 2020년 8월 당시(평균 233mm, 최고 291mm)를 훌쩍 웃도는 수치다.
