(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 육군 특수전사령부 귀성부대가 지난 23일, 부대원들의 적극적인 헌혈 동참으로 대한적십자사 인천혈액원 소규모 단체 등록기관 중 압도적 1위를 달성하며 인천혈액원으로부터 감사증과 사랑의 헌혈 퍼즐, 이동식 간식차를 전달받았다.
이번 우수단체 선정은 인천혈액원 관할지역인 5개 지자체(김포.인천.부천.시흥.광명)에서 74개 기관, 총 2,564명이 헌혈 퍼즐 사업에 참여했다.
이 중 귀성부대원 397명이 자발적인 헌혈로 퍼즐 사업을 최다로 완성하며 명예의 전반기 헌혈 우수단체에 선정됐다.
헌혈 퍼즐 사업은 등록단체의 직원이 ‘헌혈의 집’을 방문해 헌혈할 때마다 퍼즐 조각을 제공하고, 지정된 횟수(63~100조각)를 달성하면 완성된 퍼즐과 감사증을 전달하는 사업이다.
귀성부대의 적극적인 사랑의 헌혈 활동은 수년째 이어지고 있다.
